With over 30 years of combined experience, Hector and Vanessa have navigated challenging markets, built multimillion-dollar portfolios, and established a reputation for delivering results. Together, they’ve created not only a thriving investment firm, but also a series of complementary real estate service companies, including brokerage, property management, maintenance, and investment firms. These ventures allow them to offer end-to-end solutions that benefit their partners and clients.
Hector Hernandez – Managing Partner
As a seasoned real estate investor and fund manager, Hector brings over 17 years of industry expertise. His journey began just before the 2008 financial crisis, giving him a front-row seat to one of the most challenging market cycles in history. This experience sharpened his ability to navigate complex markets, mitigate risks, and uncover opportunities others might overlook.
From assembling REO portfolios exceeding $15 million to acquiring multifamily properties, Hector’s expertise spans both residential and commercial investments. His unwavering dedication to transparency and trust has made him a valued partner for investors.
